Booking Cancellation

We understand that plans can change. Here's our cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the booking time: Full refund

• Cancellations made between 12-24 hours: 50% refund

• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the booking: No refund

• No-shows: No refund

Refund Process

When you're eligible for a refund:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

• The amount will be credited to the original payment method

• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

Special Circumstances

We may provide full refunds regardless of timing in cases of:

• Court maintenance or technical issues

• Severe weather conditions

• Other circumstances beyond your control

How to Cancel a Booking

To cancel your booking:

• Log in to your account

• Go to "My Bookings"

• Select the booking you wish to cancel

• Click on "Cancel Booking"

• Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation
